Are Some Pets Not Eligible for Coupons?
The coupons can NOT be used for pets obtained from breeders nor from pet stores. They can NOT be used for retired breeding animals.
Send a check payable to AlterPet, Inc. PO Box 552 Sharon Center, OH 44274. Include a stamped self-addressed envelope and a note listing how many coupons for each sex you wish. Coupons will be sent within 7-10 days.
How Do I Use the Coupons?
Please call the veterinarian prior to using your coupon for requirements and information. Additional charges and requirements are the responsibility of the pet owner. Any participating vet reserves the right to refuse a coupon at any time.
